Medical Research Symposium

The Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, Health Education England and the Medical Schools Council are holding a research symposium for doctors and students and training at the Dalton Room, University of Manchester Innovation Centre, Grafton Street, Manchester on Weds 21 November.

This symposium is aimed at undergraduate medical students and foundation trainees, and is an opportunity for them to present their research projects; build networks and to hear from established researchers about their own experience in establishing research careers. Keynote speakers this year are Profs Moira Whyte and David Ray.
 
All presenters will be awarded with a RCPE/HEE diploma, and the best oral and poster presentations will be awarded with a medal. Abstracts will be published in a special edition of the journal.
